Full-Time position in Billings, MT.

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: Generally 8:00am – 4:00pm

Job Objective: Assist the Accounting Manager to provide a smooth, organized, and functional department.
Education: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. College Accounting Degree preferred.
Experience and Skills: Minimum of three (3) years accounting experience required. Working knowledge of IBM 36 or AS-400 preferred. Ten key by touch required. Must be self-motivated and work with little or no supervision.

Job Duties:

• Keep all accounts and files up-to-date and records accurate.
• Verify and process fuel tickets and invoices.
• Data entry and input of vendor invoices.
• Assist in timely and accurate weekly vendor payments process.
• Processing and billing of customer invoices.
• Coding and computer input of revenue invoices.
• Data entry and posting of all standard general journal entries.
• Prepare monthly FedEx fuel reports.
• Correspondence with vendors.
• Assist Accounting Manager with monthly Fed Ex accrual reporting.
• Cross train and fill in for Accounting Manager as needed.

• Assist A&P Mechanics with daily tasks.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and safe working habits.

• Wash, wax, and clean aircraft when necessary.

A&P Certification required with 1-3 years previous experience, preferred.

Previous line maintenance in a 135 environment.

C208 experience preferred.

Good troubleshooting techniques required.

Must be a motivated self-starter with a team player attitude.

Good organizational skills required.

Hours based on overall business needs, swing shifts, generally afternoons, nights occasional weekends.

Sheet Metal background helpful. 

Avionics experience helpful. Must be a motivated self-starter with a team player attitude.

Starting Hourly Wage: $40.00 

Hours are generally M-F evenings & occasional weekends which are based on business needs. A&P Certification required with 2-3 years previous experience preferred. Previous line maintenance in a 135 environment. C208 Caravan experience preferred. Experience in both Sheet Metal and Avionics a plus. Good troubleshooting techniques required. Must be a motivated self-starter with a team player attitude. Good organizational skills required.

Part-Time position in Fargo, ND.  

Primary duties: Wing Walking - validate the guidance of safety for the wingtip clearance and ensuring safe movement of aircraft, assisting with the securing of aircraft once positioned in their parking spot. Shift Hours: Generally 3:30am - 5:30am 5 days a week & subject to change based on business needs.
